Posing on my Honda Shadow. I don't ride anymore, due to arthritis
in my spine - although it was very useful for getting to the osteopaths!

This is a snap of me and Gavin (the Bunmeister) at a friend's
wedding. I had way too much to drink and ended up doing the "Two
Step" or at least, that's what they tell me. Apparently someone
has that on video. I'm not much of a dancer, and not much of a
drinker these days.
Thanks to Gav for taking most of the photos below!

Retro Clothing Collection
Frivolous they may be, but retro clothes are one of my passions. I love
to get dressed up, but I hate shopping; as a short woman, it has always
been hard to find clothes that fit. Fortunately women were smaller in
the past??? As passions go, it is also a cheap one... I should have been
christened Prudence. Ironically, I hate and detest fashion - that thing
where we are all supposed to look the same! Last year all you could find
in the shops was black and white 80's style tops. It is a conspiracy to
get you to part with a lot of money every year! Apologies for the shameless
posing... :o)

My current favourite, from "Ain't No Disco", an eBay
shop based in Devon. Gotta love those Angel Wings!

A Spanish looking 70's dress,
from Libertines on eBay. |

A look that says "No way will you catch me in Primark". |

A lovely 70's gold coloured cotton sun dress.
|

This dress is a real Abigail's Party number,
again from Libertines. |

Another very pretty 70's sun dress. I am a bit of a sucker for
them. |
|
1970's kimono dress, plus Obi belt. Charlie goes Geisha! |

A very nice "Young Edwardian" 70's
prairie dress, another great favourite from
Libertines on eBay.
|

One of the most expensive items I have bought so far on eBay, an
Arabella Pollen Op Art waistcoat. £30! |
